Project description: Northside Christian Church is relocating to 41 acres it bought about five years ago. Established in 1973, the nondenominational church has been at 1311 E. Valley Water Mill Road for 31 years. The church hopes to sell its current 26,000-square-foot building, which sits on three acres, for a little more than $1 million. A listing agent hasn’t been selected yet, said Pastor Ed Holt. Northside Christian Church is paying for a $550,000 water main extension north along State Highway H, which Holt said would aid development in that area. He also said the church is going to reserve about 80 percent of its new campus for green space.
