Project description: The third structure in North Creek Business Park is under construction. According to project general contractor Jeff Aton, North Creek Investment LLC is building this office/warehouse to spur tenant activity. The structure, which is designed to be subdivided, joins the facilities for Ozark Mailing Service and American Tire Distributors. American Tire's facility also is under construction in the business park, which is designed for distribution centers or warehouse space. A second phase is planned for an additional 25,000-square-foot building with the same layout, Aton said.
