Project description: Developers Tom Rook and Danny Knight built a video store on this Nixa property last year. Phase II is this four-bay retail center. Rook said plans are to expand it to 1,300 square feet in construction of phase III. A fourth phase also is planned for the project. Rook/Knight Properties, which has developed retail centers and office warehouses in Nixa, will serve as the leasing agent.
