Project description: Nixa Vision Clinic will anchor the building, which will have about 7,500 square feet available for lease, according to the developers. The clinic is a subsidiary of The Vision Clinic PC, which recently remodeled its Springfield facility at 3440 S. National Ave. Jay Wasson, a real estate developer and state representative for District 141, is partnering with The Vision Clinic to build the facility. Wasson said the available space would be built-to-suit.
