Project description: This project is an addition to the Nixa Super 8 Motel, which has 44 guest rooms and an outdoor swimming pool. The two-story expansion will add 19 suites, a breakfast area, meeting room, guest laundry and workout facility, according to Brad Gebhard of Gebhard Enterprises. He said crews are building 22 suites, but three existing suites were removed from the original facility for a net gain of 19 suites. Gebhard Enterprises also owns Super 8 Motels in Monett, Bolivar and Branson West, Quality Inn & Suites in Springfield, Days Inn and Best Western in Mountain Grove and the Comfort Inn & Suites under construction in Bolivar.
