Project description: Zoned for heavy manufacturing and developed as Class A speculative warehouse space, Rich Kramer Construction Senior Project Manager Lowell Thomas said the building features a minimum clear height of 28 feet, eight dock-level doors for loading and two drive-in grade doors. With some 1,500 square feet reserved for offices, the warehouse space is listed by Dave Murray of R.B. Murray Co. for $4.35 per share foot.
