Project description: Four tenants have signed on to the retail center at the northeast corner of Campbell Avenue and Sunshine Street. Officials with AT&T, Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care and Missouri Title Loans Inc. have leased three of the four spaces in the 7,500-square-foot shopping center, with 1,675 square feet still available, said developer Jason Pullman of East Sunshine Property Group LLC. An undisclosed restaurant group also has signed on to a 3,500-square-foot free-standing building planned at the corner. Pullman said construction on the building would begin by years end. With a lease rate of $40 per square foot triple net, Pullman said most of the tenants have signed 10-year leases with options. He expects infill work to finish for tenant openings in the spring.
