Project description: Located south of Republic Road on Kansas Avenue, Mission Ridge is a senior living community underway with residences for those 55 and older. The complex will comprise 53 independent living units, 36 assisted living units and 24 memory care beds, as well as amenities, including a salon, a rooftop officers’ club, a fitness center and multiple activity rooms. According to Brandi Bailey, vice president of strategic development and marketing for Snyder Construction Group LLC, Mission Ridge offers resort-style living, with outdoor areas including a walking trail, gazebo, fireplace, outdoor kitchen and pool.
