Project description: Morris Dock, president of general contractor MoDoCo Inc., said the center would provide Mid-West Family Broadcasting four studios and additional office space to support its four radio stations, an upgrade from the 6,500 square feet it currently leases at Battlefield Plaza. Dock said the building is constructed with prestressed concrete and would be able to sustain winds of up to 150 mph. Mid-West also plans to erect a 155-foot tower on site to broadcast its stations, Q102.1, 104.7 The Cave, 105.1 Bob FM and 92.9 The Beat; the company currently has a 50-foot tower.
