Project description: Metro Marketing will inhabit 5,000 square feet of its new building and lease out the rest for $12 to $14, triple net, according to Metro Marketing owner Tom Nelson. Bob Murray of R.B. Murray Co. is the leasing agent for the extra space, which doesn’t yet have a tenant. Bill Mace, traditionally a residential developer with Mace Homes Inc., is serving as general contractor for the wood-frame office building. Metro Marketing, a 14-year-old firm that makes maps for about 100 markets nationally, is moving from 2,800 square feet at 2029 E. Grand St. Murray is also the listing agent for Metro Marketing’s current location.
