Project description: This is the first addition to the 3,100-square-foot Metro Credit Union building since it was built in the late 1980s, according to architect Jerry Hagerman. The existing space also is undergoing extensive renovations to visually upgrade the building, increase office space and improve accessibility for disabled customers, Hagerman said.

Buxton-Kubik-Dodd is handling interior design work. Metro Credit Union also has a location at 3868 South Ave.
