Apartment sizes range from studio to four bedrooms, according to Jacob Harvey, director of marketing and public relations for TLC Properties, the property management company for Martin Riley Apartment Homes. Monthly rent will range from $515 to $1,120, Harvey said. Sam M. Coryell owns Coryell Enterprises, while his father, Sam E. Coryell, owns TLC Properties, according to Harvey.
