Project description: After nearly a decade of leasing at 3534 S. National Ave., Mark Clippard is heading about a mile south into an office that’s 655 square feet bigger than his current one. The State Farm Insurance agent will own his new building, where he’ll offer an array of insurance and financial products. Clippard said he doesn’t have any immediate plans to expand his staff of five.
