Project description: This is the fourth store for the Pineville-based package-liquor franchise Macadoodles, which operates in Pineville, Joplin and Springdale, Ark. Republic franchisee Greg Samuelson said the one-story building includes a basement wine cellar that is open to the public and features high-end wines. The cellar’s sublevel location holds temperatures between 65 F and 68 F, he said. A white roof helps insulate the building and minimizes heating and cooling costs.
