Project description: Under Team Spirits Inc., Kim and Brett Lorenzen in August bought the Springfield franchise rights for Pineville-based Macadoodles for an undisclosed amount. The Lorenzens also own an Oreck vacuum dealership on South Glenstone Avenue. Kim Lorenzen said the 10,000-square-foot Macadoodles will offer 600 beer varieties, 4,000 wines, eight gas pumps, and convenience store merchandise and food. Macadoodles also operates in Republic, Branson, Joplin, Pineville and Springdale, Ark., according to Macadoodles.com.
