Project description: This new eatery is the newest for the Nashville, Tenn.-based restaurant chain. There are currently 135 locations, covering 18 states in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest. The restaurant specializes in steaks and ribs, served in a casual-dining setting modeled after roadhouses of the 1930s and 1940s. The facility is a wood structure with wood-plank floors. Royal Coachman LLC is the developer for the chain’s Springfield location; there is also a Logan’s under construction in Joplin.
