Project description: This building is the new office for periodontal surgeon Dr. Leo Tokarczyk; he is moving from 1900 S. National Ave. The building comprises a lobby/reception area, examination rooms and surgical suites, according to project architect Ron Slone. The interior of the building, designed by Tokarczyk's wife, Anita, will feature Italian Renaissance-style murals and a wall-sized water feature.
