Project description: Legal Services of Southern Missouri’s building makes room for the 22 employees of the not-for-profit corporation to work under one roof, said Executive Director Doug Kays. The organization leases approximately 7,000 square feet in two locations, 872 S. Meadowbrook Ave. and 618 N. Robberson Ave. The new building, just blocks from the Greene County Courthouse, has 51 rooms, including offices, storage and a large conference room for meetings and lawyer training, Kays said. The single-story wood building has exterior insulation and finish systems and block exterior, said project manager David Ross.
