Project description: Casey Architecture President Allen Casey said the restaurant famous for “throwed rolls” is adding 840 square feet of gift shop space and two restrooms to the 14,650-square-foot building. Jeff Johnson, general manager for the cafe in Ozark, said Lambert’s is serving as its own general contractor on the project. The original cafe opened in 1942 in Sikeston and a third site operates in Foley, Ala.
