Project description: This strip mall shopping center, developed by Lakewood Center LLC principal Mark Coburn, will be split into nine 1,500-square-foot bays. Project leasing agent Tim Roth of Rankin Co. said two of the bays have been leased to an Asian food restaurant, while the remaining seven bays are still vacant. The lease rate for the space is $13 per square foot, triple net.
