Project description: Bill Beall Co. President JoNell Beall said the commercial real estate firm is building the three-story structure to accommodate KPM CPAs following its recent merger with accounting firm Davis, Lynn & Moots PC. Beall said she was approached two years ago about finding or building a new building as KPM officials were planning for expansion. She said her company and KPM have a 20-year client relationship. Beall Co. broker Nancy Herchenroeder said KPM initially would only occupy two floors, reserving the top floor for expansion.
