Engineers: Wilson Surveying Co. Inc., civil; Steel Tech of the Ozarks LLC, structural; and Latifi Engineering, mechanical, electrical and plumbing
Size: 9,800 square feet
Estimated cost: $675,000

Estimated completion date: July 1
Project description: After renting facilities in Nixa, Billings and Republic for the past eight years, Kyle Kirk is building his automobile-collision repair shop one block west of highways 60 and MM. Kirk said the move would provide greater visibility and highway access to customers and allow room for growth on a 5-acre lot. He said the facility includes an 8,000-square-foot shop and a drive-thru estimating bay, as well as a heated paint booth and insulated and heated shop flooring. The building is constructed of metal with full cement block exterior, Kirk said, and spray foam insulation.
