Project description: This office/warehouse will have build-to-suit space for as many as 18 tenants, according to Terri Cobb, property manager for developer James R. Wehr, who is a partner in property management firm Wehr, Wehr, Johnson & Bridgeforth Inc. and general contractor Wehr Construction LLC. R.B. Murray Co. and Wehr, Wehr, Johnson & Bridgeforth are both serving as leasing agents, said Cobb, who declined to disclose lease rates because they vary widely. Cobb would not disclose tenants, but Graybar Electric Co. has signed on to be a tenant, according to a Springfield building permit.
