Project description: This multitenant retail center is located at the northeast corner of Kansas Expressway and Republic Road. The anchor tenant is a new Subway restaurant, which will take up about 1,500 square feet, according to architect Todd Bolin of H Design Group. The rest of the space will hold two to four tenants. Space in the new center will lease for $13 per square foot, according to information from the Web site of leasing agent Rankin Co. David Straus, one of the principals of Straus Brothers LLC, said all tenants of the building will also get space on the center’s pole sign, which can be seen from Kansas and nearby James River Freeway.
