Project description: Project architect Tim Rosenbury of Butler, Rosenbury & Partners said the 19,000-square-foot addition is designed to increase the health center’s patient capacity with exam-room space. Funded largely by a $5 million grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the project includes roughly 30,000 square feet of renovations of the adult primary care center, pain management clinic, open-access urgent care with pharmacy, lab and X-ray area. Alberici Healthcare is construction manager and coordinating plans with the two general contractors.
