Project description: Jefferson Crossing is a 120-unit townhouse complex under construction one block east of Campbell Avenue on Erie Street. Trent Cowherd of Cowherd Construction said 36 units the project's first phase are occupied. Phase II is under construction and phase III will begin soon. The two-bedroom, one-car garage townhouses have a $600 base lease rate, Cowherd said.
