Project description: Sunshine Partners LLC, a division of Ron Stenger Cos., is developing the second JBC Tire & Service Center in Springfield. JBC Tire operator Steve Boswell leases space at 1019 E. Republic Road through another division of Ron Stenger Cos., said Stu Stenger, a project manager for Sunshine Partners. Built with a brick-and-metal exterior insulation finishing system, eight bays and a waiting room, Stenger said a long-term lease agreement was in place with Boswell.
