Project description: This building of cottage-style ofces features ve suites in the rst phase of the project, with two suites still available. Certied Public Accountant Roger A. Rekate is principal of James River Ofces LLC. He also is head of Rekate Advisors PC and Advisor Inc., which are moving from 1534 E. Primrose to the new complex. Other tenants scheduled to move into the space are Calton & Associates and Database Home.com Inc. A second phase of the project will add another 3,300 square feet of ofce space when the rst building is lled.
