Project description: Most of this addition to James River Assembly is intended to provide space for Real Life, a youth building; the Zoo, an early childhood area; and the Park, Factory and Warehouse for kindergarten through fifth-grade students. A portion of the project – about 1,500 square feet – is for an upgrade to the fitness center. The project also includes a minor office renovation. Director of Administration Kert Parsley said the project could be finished before January 2010 because Walton is known for being ahead of schedule.
