Project description: O’Reilly Development Co. spokeswoman Brenda Raynor said the 10-building affordable housing community comprises 40 units. The property, next door to Knights of Columbus St. Ann’s Council, will have eight one-bedroom special needs apartments that meet Americans with Disabilities Act specifications, as well as 32 family units with a mix of eight one-bedroom apartments and 24 two-bedroom spaces, Raynor said. The 5-acre property was rezoned in July 2014 to remove its general manufacturing use and maintain it as a low-density, multifamily residential district. Burrell Behavioral Health is a silent partner on the project, and Raynor said the complex would be managed by Wilhoit Properties.
