Project description: International Dehydrated Foods Vice President of Manufacturing Mike Scabarozi said the 6,000-square-foot, two-story addition removes the last of the original 28,000-square-foot building constructed in 1983. He said the first floor would comprise a main office, reception and test-kitchen area, and the second floor would hold a computer-server room, laboratory expansion, and research and development space. Wade Ennes, building and zoning inspector for the city of Monett, said the remodel and addition has an estimated cost of $1.07 million according to the construction permit on file with the city.
