Project description: Ron Stenger Cos. is developing the senior housing community through Ingram Mill Partners LLC. Developer Stu Stenger said the project comprises 43 units across seven buildings with single bedroom/bathroom floor plans to two bedrooms/two bathrooms with a study. Rental prices for the property, which will be managed by the Wooten Co., range from $895 to $2,000 per month. Each unit will be on a single floor, so there are no staircases or elevators, Stenger said. Most of the units also will have one- or two-car attached garages. Other features include a community building for events, brick and stone exteriors, granite counters and outdoor living areas.
