Project description: Ingram Enterprises Inc. is moving its headquarters after 28 years in a 24,000-square-foot facility at 6597 W. Independence Drive. Fireworks Over America, a subsidiary of Ingram Enterprises, will package and sell fireworks from the new location. President Mike Ingram said he’s moving because he needs more space for his companies, which include project developer MO-SC Columbia LLC. Ingram will keep his current fireworks showroom open, giving him 14 fireworks retail sites nationally. The development is part of Ingram’s 29-acre warehousing and light manufacturing development. Ten undeveloped lots are available through R.B. Murray Co. for $3 a square foot.
