Project description: The two-story operations center for Home Parenteral Services will include warehouse, office and classroom space, said David Lea, director of operations for Home Parenteral Services. About 40 percent of the building will consist of warehouse and storage for HPS and Cox Home Support, Cox’s Durable Medical Equipment company, which will be located on the 30,000-square-foot ground floor. A 13,000-square-foot second story will have office space and classrooms for staff and community education. Lea said the hope is to move staff from HPS’ current location at 2220 W. Sunset St., by the first of the year.
