Project description: Hogan Land Title Co. will use the addition as a separate entrance for their high-end closing/ escrow department, according to Operations Manager and Vice President Keith Chaffin. Clients currently have to walk through title operations to reach the closing department. The addition includes separating about 15 parking spots dedicated to the closing department. Hogan Land Title has eight locations and 89 employees in southwest Missouri. The Sunshine Street office serves as headquarters.
