Project description: Attorneys Chris Hazelrigg, Josh Roberts and Kevin Easley are building a two-story law office in Chesterfield Village. Per SBA loan requirements, the law firm will occupy at least 66 percent of the building and lease the remaining space. Ness Architects is signed on for second floor space, and a small portion is still available for lease, Hazelrigg said. "It seems like the trend in the legal community is to build your own building," said Hazelrigg, who has been an attorney since 1993. He opened his own practice in 1996 and it has grown to three partners and one associate attorney, John Kokail.|ret||ret||tab|
