Project description: Phase II of Hawthorne Suites includes three buildings with 96 units, ranging from studio to four bedrooms. Rental rates at the southeast Springfield complex range from $470 to 1,200, said Jacob Harvey, director of marketing and public relations for TLC Properties, which manages Coryell Courts. There will be 128 units at the completion of Phase II, Harvey said. Coryell Enterprises, owned by Sam M. Coryell, has constructed at least part of all 16 properties owned by his father, Sam E. Coryell, and TLC Properties Inc.
