Project description: This is the new location for Hank’s Furniture, which is currently operating at 2855 S. Kansas Expressway in Springfield. The new store, to be called Hank’s Fine Furniture and Interiors, will offer high-end furniture and interior decorating accessories, according to project architect Ron Slone of Slone Architects. The new facility is the company’s second store with the new design; the first was completed last year in Fayetteville, Ark. Edelman Engineering is the structural engineer for the project while Crocker is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractor. The Sherwood, Ark.-based furniture chain has 24 stores in six states.
