Project description: Loon Lake Properties LLC, the holding company of Great River Engineering LLC, is building a new office building to meet increased demand for office space. The 10,000-square-foot building in French country design includes a central open work area with double-vaulted ceilings, an overlooking mezzanine to encourage a studio atmosphere, and a private wing for the partners’ offices, according to Brent Stevens, project architect. The facility also includes a separate wing for the company’s surveying division, a three-car garage for company survey trucks, and several conference rooms.
