Project description: Originally Sambo's, then the Catfish House and most recently Midtown Grill, this North Glenstone property is getting yet another identity as a multi-tenant strip center. New owner Bart Collins of Mellinger Commercial has spent $950,000 for acquisition and a facelift of the building, which has sat empty for about two years. Collins has split it into four bays available for lease. Two tenants Subway and Sprint Express have signed on, Collins said. Lease rates range between $13.50 and $17 per square foot, depending on infill needs, he added.
