Project description: Charlotte Marsch, director of marketing and communications at Southwest Baptist University, said the addition to the existing building will house new classrooms, a student lounge, study areas, team presentation rooms, seminar rooms and computer labs for accounting and computer science. Renovations to the existing 26,372-square-foot facility include remodeling Woody Auditorium and the current first-floor office suite. Bob Glidwell, director of physical plant at SBU, is managing the general contracting work, hiring 19 different sub-contractors to handle the project.
