Project description: Plastic surgeon Carla Garrison is moving from her 1335 E. Independence St. office to this Bradford Parkway building, said Jon Dodd, an architect and partner with Buxton-Kubik-Dodd Inc. Garrison's new office will be a modern, single-level, wood-frame building with a basement and tan-colored brick.
