Project description: Gardner Capital President Mark Gardner said Southern Bank plans to utilize the first floor, and his real estate investment company will occupy the top floors of the three-story office building. Gardner Capital currently occupies about 6,500 square feet of the Liberty Bank building on South National Avenue and would double its office space with the move. Gardner said the firm took on the project considering Class A office space is becoming more scarce on the south side.
