Project description: Co-owner John Haik is serving as his own listing agent for this retail strip center, which has 21 units. Lease rates are $17 per square foot to $20 per square foot, triple net. Gallery Eleven already has three potential tenants – a maternity shop, pizzeria and a piano bar. Haik and his wife, Lee, are relocating one of their businesses, Ozark Adventures, to the center. The Haiks also own James Décor and the James River Place strip center where it’s located. John Haik said James Décor will expand into the space vacated by Ozark Adventures.
