Butterfield Road. The project is similar in size and cost to a Springfield center Fresenius Medical built late last year with 16 hemodialysis stations for blood-cleansing treatments. The Springfield clinics are at 3359 W. Kearney St. and 1675 E. Seminole St. With over 3,500 dialysis clinics worldwide, the Germany-based company also operates clinics in Nixa and Lebanon. Company officials say 2.8 million patients have chronic kidney failure.
