Project description: The upper floor of the two-story, 19,000-square-foot Fremont Hills Dental Center will comprise an 18-operatory dental suite, said Mike Coffer, owner and president of general contractor T&C Custom Homes. Owner Dr. Bernard R. Tellez currently practices at 5349 N. 22nd St., Ste. 1, in Ozark. Coffer said the first-floor lease space can be divided into as many as three units, though no tenants had signed on yet. Coffer said the building has a modern lodge design and clerestory windows.
