Project description: Architect Kent Sanders of Sapp Design said the full-service branch is designed with a stone and brick exterior, drive-through lanes and an on-site teller machine. Sanders said the $650,000 estimated cost of construction does not include land or site work. Matt Kelley, Freedom Bank branch president in Willard, said the Cassville-based bank operates in Cassville and Seligman. The new bank will replace a temporary location that opened at 432 W. Jackson in Willard in July 2010.
