Project description: FM Stores fabric company is doubling its retail floor space in a move from 1368 E. Sunshine St. Bill Arbeitman, who owns the shop with his wife and son, said the new location comprises 10,000 square feet for showroom and inventory of fabric, quilting materials and accessories such as ribbon and tassel. The building also will have 5,000 square feet of retail space available for lease. Arbeitman said his family bought the business in 1995, after he’d worked for previous owner Abe Kershenbaum for 43 years. The store was scheduled to relocate earlier this year.
