Project description: This will be the first distribution location in Missouri for Thomasville, Ga.-based Flowers Foods Inc. (NYSE: FLO). The facility will include 2,800 square feet of office and retail space and 14 loading bays in the warehouse, according to Matt Vaughn, owner of general contractor Oak Grove Construction Services. Chris Slayden is the developer under Diversity Commercial Investments, Vaughn said. Flowers Foods makes baked goods under various brand names, including Nature’s Own, Cobblestone Mill, ButterKrust and BlueBird.
