Project description: This new facility will serve as storage and offices for Finkbiner Transfer & Storage, when it moves from its downtown facility. Finkbiner has operated at 512 W. Olive since 1922. Owners Terry and Judy Hayes bought the business in 1998. Rich Kramer Construction project manager Suzy Eberle said the structure is designed for two business operations. "It is two separate buildings in one," Eberle said, with a brick firewall between them. It is a metal building with a brick veneer front, she added.
